Last spring I had the belt and tensioner replaced on my BMW at Broad Strokes. While my car was at the dealer this Fall for work on a separate recall issue, they noticed that the belt was being chewed apart on one side. My car was at the dealer overnight for the recall, but I called Amy the next morning before leaving to pick it up. Her first concern was my safety and whether the car was safe to drive. I emailed her a picture showing the problem. As the belt was fully on the tensioner, she felt that it was OK to drive from the dealer to the shop. She immediately ordered new parts and had me come in on my way back from the dealer. When I arrived I was treated like family and was informed that the parts would arrive in a few minutes. About an hour later I was out the door with everything repaired at no charge. I don't know where the fault was--a bad part perhaps. But whatever the reason, I really love a company that stands behind their work, respects their customers and cares about their safety.
